The Gaza Government Media Office warns famine is worsening due to the
blockade and limited aid access, calling recent airdrops insufficient and
the international response a “farce.”

The Government Media Office in Gaza warned on Sunday that famine in the
Gaza Strip is not only ongoing but expanding in scale and severity, as the
blockade continues and aid deliveries remain critically insufficient

According to the statement, only 73 trucks entered Gaza today, while
airdrops were carried out in active combat zones, making access to the aid
extremely difficult.

The office added that most of the aid was looted under the watch of the
Israeli occupation forces, which it accused of deliberately obstructing the
delivery of humanitarian supplies

to organized distribution centers. This has further escalated the already
dire humanitarian situation in the besieged territory.

According to the statement, the three recent airdrops combined did not

The statement concluded by stressing that the only real solution is to
immediately open all border crossings, lift the blockade, and allow the

Famine in Gaza kills 6 more Palestinians

Over the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip have reported six new
deaths from famine and malnutrition

including two children. This brings the total number of deaths linked to
hunger and malnutrition in Gaza to 133, among them 87 children.

According to the Palestinian Red Crescent and the Gaza Government Media

famine and end the Israeli blockade.

The Palestinian Red Crescent has warned of a rapid deterioration in living
conditions. It described the situation as a war crime being carried out by

essential needs like food, water, and medicine amid widespread
