"Israel" strikes Yemen’s Hodeidah without warning as Ansar Allah repels
attacks.

Israeli media reported on Monday that the Israeli Air Force launched a wave
of airstrikes across Yemen, targeting the country’s western coast,
including the strategic Hodeidah region.

In a notable shift, this latest round of attacks reportedly came without
any prior evacuation warning from the Israeli army spokesperson. One
Israeli outlet remarked that "there was just a hint of the matter,"
suggesting only minimal advance notice had been given.

This marks the 12th Israeli aggression on Yemen since the beginning of the
broader campaign against the country.

Yemen’s air defenses, operated by the Yemeni Armed Forces, have
demonstrated increasing capability in countering repeated attacks. On July
7, the Yemeni Air Force successfully repelled a significant Israeli assault

that targeted key port facilities in Hodeidah, Salif, and Ras Isa.

According to military sources speaking to *Al Mayadeen*, Yemeni forces

incoming Israeli aircraft. As a result, 10 Israeli warplanes were forced to
retreat from Yemeni airspace before completing their missions.

Israeli media have begun highlighting shifts in the Israeli military’s
operational tactics over Yemen, with the recent decision to abandon Arabic
evacuation warnings, once standard practice, signaling a change in both
psychological and propaganda strategies.

This evolving pattern of aggression along Yemen’s western coast, marked by
intensified Israeli airstrikes and the absence of public warnings, raises
concerns of further escalation. It also underscores the growing resilience
of Yemeni air defenses
