A new viral trend has taken over X (formerly Twitter), flipping Israeli
propaganda on its head. The phrase “When Hamas visits my family” started
trending after a Zionist user’s attempt to attack Palestinian supporters
backfired. Instead of fear, thousands responded with humor, solidarity, and
defiance.

The trend began when a user named Jords posted about Irish-Palestinian
solidarity, saying:

“Irish people are not ‘pretending they’re as oppressed as the
Palestinians,’ you stupid colonial-brained Yanks and Brits… You wouldn’t
understand this as it involves learning the meaning of solidarity, of which
you have none. ”

In response, a Zionist user named Malou replied:

“Waiting for Hamas to visit you and your family.”

Rather than sparking fear, the comment ignited a movement. Instead of
reacting defensively, thousands embraced the phrase, using it to celebrate
Palestinian resistance and mock failed Israeli propaganda.

Malou’s post amassed over 28 million views, but X  hid the quote tweets.
Still, this did not stop users from turning the phrase into a trend.

People flooded social media with posts about how they would welcome Hamas
if they visited their families. The responses were funny, satirical, and
deeply political.

Hadi Nasrallah posted: “When Hamas visits me and my family” alongside
images of an Israeli prisoner kissing the foreheads of Hamas fighters in
gratitude.

Ladennifer Jadiniston shared a photo of a barbecue party, captioned: “Me
when Hamas visits me and my family (all halal of course).”

Rifga posted a picture of a family excitedly waiting at a dinner table
filled with food, writing: “Me and my family waiting for Hamas to visit us.”

Many others shared how they would serve their national dishes to Hamas if
they arrived. The trend showcased global solidarity and how Israel’s
narrative about the Palestinian resistance was failing.
The Bigger Picture: Israel’s Propaganda Collapse

For over a year, Israel has waged a genocidal war on Gaza, killing and
injuring hundreds of thousands, most of whom are women and children. Israel
and Western media have long painted Palestinian resistance as terrorism,
but Israel’s actions have exposed its own brutality.

The world has seen Hamas fighters treating Israeli prisoners humanely,
contradicting decades of Israeli claims. The viral trend further proved
that support for Palestine is growing, and Israel’s propaganda
