Hezbollah’s Secretary-General reaffirms the Resistance’s unwavering
resolve, warning against Israeli violations and US-led disarmament projects.

The Resistance will remain steadfast despite mounting pressure, Hezbollah
Secretary-General Naim Qassem stated, insisting that neither external
threats nor attempts at coercion

will deter them from upholding their stance.

Speaking at the second anniversary of the passing of freedom-fighting
commander Mohammad Yaghi on Sunday, Sheikh Qassem asserted, addressing
enemies and rivas, "Sit on your highest horses and cooperate with the most
criminal of God’s creatures, we will never retreat, we will not surrender,
and we will defend our rightsno matter what," stressing that the Resistance
will endure and achieve its goals "even if after a while."

He emphasized that Hezbollah is committed to defending Lebanon’s rights and
interests

that it will continue to pursue its objectives, regardless of the
challenges or delays.

He noted that neither the Resistance nor the Lebanese state

is required to take any action before "Israel" implements its part of the
Cessation of Hostilities agreement. He added that some want the Lebanese
Army to act “with an iron fist” against its own citizens, yet they were
angered upon seeing the size of cooperation between the Army and the
Resistance.
If South Lebanon goes, so will Lebanon in its entirety

Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that the urgent demands today include halting
aggression by land

sea, and air, implementing the complete withdrawal of Israeli occupation
forces, releasing the Lebanese detainees, and rebuilding South Lebanon.

"If southern Lebanon goes

there will be no Lebanon left, so all the Lebanese are responsible for
defending it," he asserted.

Reflecting on over a year since the agreement, Sheikh Qassem said the
Lebanese side has made repeated concessions and contributions, while the
Israeli enemy has not ceased its violations. The Lebanese government, he
continued, even made gratuitous concessions while "Israel" offered nothing.

In this context, he highlighted, yet again, that the Resistance upheld its

and that Lebanon adhered to the agreement’s provisions, yet "Israel"

The Resistance and the state are no longer required to take any action
before "Israel" implements its part of the agreement, Sheikh Qassem
asserted, adding, "Do not ask anything from us anymore" and warning against
the state turning into a police force working for the Israeli occupation.
Lebanon at historical crossroads

Sheikh Qassem described Lebanon as standing "in the eye of the storm and
instability," stressing that the United States and the Israeli enemy bear
primary responsibility for the crises and turmoil the country is facing.

He stated that Lebanon is ahead of a decisive historical juncture with two
clear options: the first involves yielding to the demands of the United
States and "Israel" through tutelage

and thus witnessing the beginning of Lebanon’s fragmentation, while the
second is Lebanon’s renaissance and the restoration of its sovereignty

The Resistance leader highlighted Hezbollah’s confidence in its path as a
Resistance movement, asserting that it will remain strong, proud, and
courageous, no matter the sacrifices.

Furthermore, he addressed the enemies, saying, "What you witnessed in the
recent People of Might battle is only a fraction of our true might."
Disarmament US-Israeli project targeting the resistance

In this context, Sheikh Qassem affirmed that disarmament is a US-Israeli
project

even if currently presented under the guise of the weapons' state monopoly,
because it is far from any logic in light of the continued Israeli attacks,
and this is part of the same aforementioned project.

He noted that bringing up the issue of arms alongside ongoing Israeli
aggression serves "Israel’s" interests, asserting that the Americans and
Israelis aim to eliminate the Resistance in Lebanon through this approach.

He highlighted how the project is aimed at dismantling Lebanon’s military
capabilities

weakening a key faction, sowing discord with the Amal Movement, fomenting
sedition between the Resistance and the public, maintaining Israeli

"The enemy must implement the agreement and halt its violations; only then
can we discuss a national security strategy that serves Lebanon’s
interests." Hezbollah Secretary-General asserted.
Resistance, a partner in state-building, national progress

Sheikh Qassem affirmed the Lebanese people’s right to defend themselves,
emphasizing that Hezbollah contributes to building the Lebanese state and
offers an exemplar in this regard.

He highlighted that Hezbollah’s path in Lebanon is bright and progressive,
noting that it liberated not only South Lebanon but the entire country, in
cooperation with the army, the people, and various factions.

He also stressed that the party has maintained integrity, avoided
corruption, and remained committed to serving the people while fulfilling
its national and social responsibilities.
