Yemen’s Armed Forces target Ben Gurion Airport with a Palestine-2
hypersonic missile, halting flights in a major operation in support of Gaza.

The Yemeni Armed Forces launched a top-tier military operation targeting
the Lydd airport

otherwise known as Ben Gurion airport, using a Palestine-2 hypersonic
missile, Brigadier General Yehya Saree announced in a televised statement
on Sunday.

The spokesperson emphasized that the operation achieved its objectives

sending millions of Israeli settlers to shelters and completely halting air
traffic at the airport.

Saree stated that the operation was carried out in solidarity

with the oppressed Palestinian people, as a response to genocidal crimes
and starvation tactics and in retaliation for aggression against Yemen. He
emphasized that two years of Israeli atrocities against Palestinians in

Pro-Gaza operations continue

This comes as Yemen's Armed Forces continue their operations in support of
Gaza

Earlier on Sunday, the Israeli military said it tracked a missile fired
from Yemen

According to Israeli military broadcasts, Yemen has launched 70 rockets
toward "Israel" in the five months since the occupation reneged on the
ceasefire in Gaza, an average of one every 48 hours.

On August 14, the Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) confirmed the execution of a
military operation targeting Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport, deploying an
advanced Palestine 2 hypersonic missile in the strike, marking a
significant escalation in their campaign of solidarity with Gaza.

Earlier, the YAF had announced launching six drones at vital targets in
occupied Palestine in Haifa, the al-Naqab desert, Umm al-Rashrash, and Beer
al-Sabe'.
