Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, affirmed that all the
facts indicate that the region is on its path to security and stability,
contrary to what Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was striving
for.

During a press conference in Beirut
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iran-s-foreign-minister-to-arrive-in-beirut-to-discuss-regio>,
the top Iranian diplomat emphasized that Netanyahu wants a hold on the
White House and that it must decide whether it wants to be taken as
Netanyahu's hostage or direct itself toward a political solution. He also
reiterated that the United States is the main culprit in the genocide
against Gaza, from its start and now, amid escalations.

Amir-Abollahian said that the "American and Zionist warmongering policy
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/rift-between--israel---rest-of-the-world-widening--bloomberg>
has completely failed" and that there exists "no other solution for the
escalations in Gaza and the West Bank than the political one", noting that
"Tehran will strongly back any initiative regarding the West Bank and Gaza
that prioritizes the Palestinian people and sovereignty."

In this context, Amir-Abdollahian said that the "Palestinian leaders and
Resistance forces
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iran-foreign-minister-meets-palestinian-resistance-leaders-i>
are more righteous of proposing solutions that will ensure the legitimate
rights of Palestinians, and the ideas Hamas has been suggesting are within
a realistic paradigm that the international community should support."

He ascertained that the victors in this war were the Palestinian Resistance
and the people of Palestine, amid a resounding defeat for Netanyahu and war
advocates.

During 127 days of aggression on Gaza, Amir-Abdollahian revealed that "the
Zionist entity could not achieve any of its goals from the war, while the
Resistance and Hamas worked responsibly and rationally, whether in
resistive combat or on political solutions, by focusing on reaching a
political resolution

that ends the ethnic cleansing in Gaza."

Amir-Abdollahian also remarked that Netanyahu is trying to get out of the
Gaza quagmire and that Operation Al Aqsa Flood was purely Palestinian
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iran-has-no-proxies-in-region:-amir-abdollahian>
and a mobilization toward liberation within the international law
framework, stressing that what is happening in Gaza "goes back to 75 years
of Zionist occupation."

On Hezbollah and the Lebanese Front

In the same context, he discussed the regional developments and the
continuous, accurate, and clear evaluations Tehran receives from
Hezbollah's Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah

.

He also affirmed that Tehran is anticipating the establishment of regional
security in West Asia and that the aggression on Gaza was the defining
factor that imposed new destabilizing conditions on the region, adding that
"We [Tehran] believe that the future of the region will be founded on
peace, stability, and security."

"The entity ["Israel"] cannot wage war on two fronts
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/israeli-media--iof-cannot-engage-in-intensive-fighting-on-tw>,
and is unable to grasp Hezbollah's power, which has effectively worked to
defend Lebanon's sovereignty and support Gaza, and we [Tehran] are well
aware of its capabilities. Hezbollah, in coordination with the government
and army, has been able to respond to the Israeli attacks in southern
#Lebanon and northern occupied Palestine," the Iranian minister said,
adding that any move "Israel" makes against Lebanon would knock the final
nail in Netanyahu's coffin.

On the Red Sea, Riyadh, South Africa, and Lebanon

The Iranian foreign minister also addressed the Red Sea tensions, saying
that the developments are clearly mapped out and that Yemen's conduct
pressures the occupation
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/saree--yaf-successfully-targeted-two-us--uk-ships-in-red-sea>
to end its war on Gaza, emphasizing Tehran's strong support of maritime
security, noting the country's interests and benefits from safeguarding
maritime trade.

He related the Red Sea discourse to the recent concentrated aggression led
by the US and UK

saying it expanded the scope of operations in the region, and that the only
solution is the end of the genocide in Gaza.

Amir-Abdollahian affirmed that consultations are still ongoing between Tehran
and Riyadh
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/saudi--iran-agree-to-continue-pressing--israel--to-end-war-o>
to reach a political resolution that halts all Israeli aggression on Gaza.

He also restated Iran's support for South Africa amid their legal battle
raised against "Israel" at the International Court of Justice, and extended
solidarity to the African nation's ongoing action to prosecute the "Zionist
criminals".

He also touched on bilateral relations between Tehran and Beirut
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iran-stands-with-lebanon--and-its-security-is-that-of-the-re>,
and said that they are “at their peak and have common views regarding
regional issues,” pointing out that “History shows that Lebanon stands on
the frontlines of the axis of resistance.”

He concluded by saying, "On the 45th anniversary of the victory of the
revolution, the most important achievement it has achieved is preserving
the political independence of this country."
