[News] Palestine Action Shut Elbit Down in Bristol and Staffordshire!

*Today Palestine Action shut down both Elbit's Bristol HQ and their 
Shenstone weapons factory! *

Elbit Systems remains a primary target of our campaign, as they are 
Israel's biggest weapons manufacturer and provide 85% of Israel's 
military drone fleet and land based equipment, as well as their bullets, 
tear gas and missiles. Elbit have used the recent bombardment of Gaza to 
test out their new 'iron sting' missiles, which have massacred many, and 
left those killed and wounded with unusually severe burns unlike any 
that has been witnessed before.

In solidarity with the Palestinian people facing genocide and ethnic 
cleansing, we've taken direct action to shut down the weapons 
manufacturers arming apartheid Israel. Read more below about how you can

  *Shenstone, Staffordshire*

Actionists are occupying the roof and smashing UAV Engines Ltd, Israel's 
drone engine manufacturers. The factory is a crucial Elbit subsidiary, 
producing engines for Israel's Hermes 450 drone. The drone is the 
"backbone of Israel's military drone fleet" which both surveils and 
massacres the Palestinian people, as it can be equipped to carry 
missiles. Such drones are often seen above when bombardments on Gaza occur.

Actionists have locked on to each other and blockaded the private road 
leading to Israel's weapons epincentre in Bristol. By putting their 
bodies in the way, they've shut down the heart of Elbit's lethal 
operations in Britain, obstructing business as usual for Israeli arms 
makers.
