Hamas politburo member Osama Hamdan underlines that the accomplishments
made throughout the truce were exemplary, stressing that "Israel" was not
going to continue fighting in Gaza.

The martyrdom of senior members of al-Qassam Brigades will not obstruct the
path of the Resistance, especially in light of the impetus it is getting
all over Palestine and abroad, Hamas politburo member Osama Hamdan told a
press conference on Tuesday.

Hamdan pointed out that the occupation's acknowledgment of the number of
its soldiers killed and injured in the ground invasion "does not reveal the
truth they fear to disclose." He spoke of approximately a thousand Israeli
soldiers wounded in Gaza, including two hundred with serious injuries.

Similarly, he clarified that "80% of Gaza's land

has not been tread upon by the Israeli forces," warning that "the losses of
the occupation will escalate in the coming days. The Israeli threats of war
after the ceasefire are empty, and Israelis are aware of that."

In contradiction to the occupation's claims of controlling extensive areas
in the Gaza Strip, Hamdan highlighted that "the delivery of captives

by al-Qassam in various locations in the Strip refutes the claims of the
occupation forces' control over a portion of Gaza's land."
National victory

Hamdan also commented on the ceasefire agreement imposed by the Palestinian
Resistance on the Israeli occupation forces, saying the strides made during
the four-day ceasefire were "a great national victory, for it included
prisoners from all over the homeland."

The agreement

was reached through Qatari and Egyptian mediation, and it went into effect
on Friday.

The limited truce remains under heavy criticism by international
organizations, human rights activists, and several countries and officials
calling for an immediate ceasefire rather than an insufficient truce.

These calls have been rejected by both the United States and the Israeli
occupation entity, stressing that the aggression must continue until all
"Tel Aviv's" objectives are fulfilled, something which military experts and
diplomats expressed extreme doubts about.

The terms include a halt to all hostilities and the release of 50 Israeli
captives in exchange for the freedom of 150 Palestinian prisoners.

Ahead of this truce reached by the Resistance, Hamdan said, the Israeli
occupation "used more than 40,000 tons of explosives in Gaza during 50 days
of aggression," adding that the goal of rendering Gaza "uninhabitable" will
never be realized.

Hamdan called on "the leaders of our Arab and Islamic nations to implement
the decisions of the Riyadh Summit to stop the aggression."

He also called for "an increase in the number of trucks entering the Gaza
Strip" and demanded that "more medical hospitals be admitted into Gaza and
allowing for the wounded to be transferred for treatment abroad," as well
as the dispatching of civil defense teams for clearing the debris

and retrieving the bodies of martyrs.

Moreover, the top Hamas official condemned what Human Rights Watch reported
regarding the Israeli aggression on Gaza's hospitals, especially Al-Ahli
Baptist Hospital, affirming that "the Human Rights Watch report uses
speculative language, and we call for its withdrawal and the formation of
an international investigation committee into what happened in Gaza."
Musk welcome to visit Gaza

Hamdan went on to invite billionaire X owner Elon Musk
<https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/starlink-operation-in-gaza-restricted-to-israeli-permission>
to "visit Gaza to see the extent of crimes committed against our people for
objectivity and credibility."

Musk had toured the Israeli settlements of the Gaza envelope with Israeli
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Israeli Occupation Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi stated on Monday
that he has reached a preliminary agreement with Musk to deploy Starlink
satellite communication services in the Gaza Strip which is restricted to
Israeli approval.

"The occupation has been trying to take it out on our prisoners since
October 7 through violations and crimes, and sadly, we do not see anything
coming out of human rights organizations," Hamadan said.

He also criticized the propaganda campaigns being carried out by US
politicians, saying it would exacerbate global instability and calling on
US President Joe Biden

to apologize to the Palestinian people and the American people who "stood
up in the face of the Biden administration's stances."

However, he underlined that if Biden were to apologize, such an apology
would be void and meaningless "if it was not accompanied by a stern
decision forcing Israel to halt its aggression on Gaza."

Hamdan concluded his press conference by calling on all activists and
supporters of the Palestinian cause to partake in the observation of the
International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people and to continue
demonstrating and protesting "in rejection of the genocidal war being waged
against our people."
