[News] Grand Jury resister released until next week

Ray Boudreaux was released from San Francisco County Jail today on the 
order of the California State Supreme Court which held improper the 
procedure used to hold him in contempt of a special Grand Jury. He will 
appear again before the special Grand Jury investigating a 1971 police 
homicide next Tuesday, September 27. Another contempt hearing will likely 
follow next week. San Francisco Judge Robert Dondero is likely to return 
him to custody again. The State Supreme Court will then have to rule on 
several other issues before it on the same case.
