[Cdhrsupport] Herman Bell's extradition delayed

[SF-8 case]

 From Bob Boyle who represented Herman Bell at his hearing today - March 30:

Herman Bell appeared in Monticello County Court today challenging his 
extradition to San Francisco.  On Thursday we filed a writ of habeas 
corpus challenging the extradition on several grounds.  The Judge 
agreed to give the petition consideration and set a schedule for 
further legal papers.  The next court date, at which we expect the 
court to rule, will be 5/2/07 back in Monticello.

Several supporters made the 100 mile trip from NYC and some came from Montreal.

Herman was in good spirits and happy with today's result.
