[Freethe SF8] Herman Bell makes brief appearance in court Monday

[SF-8 case]

Herman Bell made a brief appearance in court Monday, before Judge 
Donna Little. He appeared to be in good spirits. The formal reading 
of the complaint against him was waived. The judge mumbled about 
revoking Herman's $10 million bail, but the absurdity was neither 
supported by his lawyer nor the prosecutor. Herman is scheduled to 
appear along with his seven co-defendants next Monday, June 11th in 
front of Judge Philip Moscone, Department 21 at 9am, 850 Bryant 
Street. A demonstration will take place at 8 am in front of the 
courthouse. Join us and support the brothers for at least two days of
